What a tow costs
A standard local tow is $125 in Wayne County and $145 in Oakland County with the first 5 miles included, then $4 per mile (always rounded up to the next whole mile). If the car won't go into neutral, add $25 for skates or dollies. Macomb County and trips over 50 miles are quoted by phone.
