What will my tow cost?
Estimate only, based on the addresses you enter, driving distance from map data (always rounded up to the next whole mile) and our posted prices. Your final price is confirmed on the phone before we dispatch. It can change if the vehicle can't be reached, needs extra equipment or the addresses differ. Prices are for standard light-duty tows and roadside services only and do not apply to impounded vehicles, impound retrieval, crash and accident towing, or medium- and heavy-duty towing. Macomb County and trips over 50 miles are quoted by phone.
Jump starts
A Michigan winter morning kills weak batteries fast. We'll jump the car and, if it starts, you're on your way. If it won't hold a charge, we also sell and install batteries, or we can tow it to your mechanic. If it clicks but won't crank even with a good jump, that's often a starter or connection problem and a tow may be the better answer.
Car lockouts
Keys on the seat, in the trunk or still in the ignition. Our operators open most cars without damage. You'll need to show ID and something that ties you to the vehicle, such as registration or insurance, before we open it. That protects you as much as anyone.
Flat tire changes
We'll put your spare on. If there's no usable spare, we also do mobile tire service and tire sales, or we can take the car to a tire shop. Locking lug nut? Find the key (often in the glovebox or under the trunk floor) before we arrive.

What to tell us when you call
- Where you are, as exactly as you can: cross streets, parking lot row, freeway direction and nearest exit.
- Year, make, model and color.
- What happened: no crank, clicking, keys visible inside, which tire is flat.
- A number we can reach you at if we need to call back.
Typical wait time is 45 to 60 minutes and can run longer in storms and cold snaps. If your car can't be fixed at the roadside, the same truck can often tow it so you don't have to wait twice.

Can you jump start an electric vehicle?
An EV's 12-volt battery can go dead and leave the car unable to start or even open. We can help with that; see our EV towing page for more.
Do you deliver fuel?
