What we collect

• Forms. When you send a booking, contact, job or business form, we receive what you type (such as your name, phone, email, addresses and message, and a resume if you attach one). We store it on our web server and email it to our dispatch inbox so we can answer you.
• Price calculator. Addresses you type into the tow price calculator are sent to map services (Photon/OpenStreetMap, the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder and OSRM routing) to find the location and driving distance. If you tap "Use my location", your device's location is used only to price that request.
• Sell your car. Information you submit in the Sell Your Car tool is used to make you an offer and contact you.
• Analytics and advertising. We use Google's tag (Google Ads) to measure visits and calls from our ads. Google may set cookies. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our host records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, provide towing and related services, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the site. We don't sell your personal information.
